Gubernatorial Endorsement Process |
|
As we enter the 2026 election cycle, we want to make Ohio Restaurant & Hospitality Alliance members aware of the Ohio Restaurant PAC Gubernatorial endorsement process.
First, we ask the campaigns to complete a written questionnaire covering ten topics of direct importance to Ohio's restaurant & hospitality industry. Any campaign that submits a completed questionnaire is then invited to a virtual interview with our Endorsement Committee, a panel representing diverse facets of Ohio's restaurant industry. Following interviews, the Endorsement Committee will convene to vote on their recommended endorsement posture, which will then be presented to the full board for a final vote.
