OTR Community Dish

Join us for ORHA's Over-the-Rhine Community Dish! This is an interactive, facilitated, professional development event designed specifically for restaurant and hospitality operators. Hosted at Rhinegeist Brewery, this event brings operators together with trusted industry partners and community stakeholders to discuss current industry trends, operational challenges, and practical solutions that support your business goals. Through guided conversation and collaborative Table Talks, operators will have the opportunity to reflect on what's showing up in their day-to-day operations, learn from peers facing similar seasonal pressures, and explore resources that can help them navigate peak season with confidence. Participants will leave feeling prepared for the busy season ahead, equipped with new relationships, insightful perspectives, and access to support systems aligned with their unique operations. All restaurant/hospitality operators from Cincinnati Ohio and neighboring cities are welcome! We look forward to seeing you there.

Event Schedule

1:00–1:30 PM | Registration & Check-In
Kick off the afternoon with check-in and a brief introduction to the Ohio Restaurant & Hospitality Alliance (ORHA).

1:30–2:30 PM | Table Talks
Engage in rotating small-group discussions, designed to spark meaningful conversations and idea-sharing. Each group will be guided by a facilitator to keep discussions focused and productive.

2:30–3:00 PM | Vendor Panel
Hear from a curated group of industry partners as they share insights, trends, and solutions relevant to today’s hospitality landscape. Moderated by ORHA staff.

3:00–4:00 PM | Happy Hour
Wrap up the day with a relaxed happy hour, an opportunity to network, connect, and continue conversations with fellow attendees.
