Community Dish: Before the Rush is an interactive, facilitated, professional development event designed specifically for restaurant and hospitality operators preparing for the busy tourism season. Join us at our 2025 Northwest Restaurant of the Year - Ørchard Bar & Table! 

This event brings operators together with trusted industry partners and community stakeholders to discuss current industry trends, operational challenges, and practical solutions that support your business goals. Participants will leave feeling prepared for the busy season ahead, equipped with new relationships, insightful perspectives, and access to support systems aligned with their unique operations. All before the rush begins.

Event Agenda

12:30 - 1pm | Registration
Guests are invited to grab refreshments and connect with fellow operators, community leaders, and industry partners. 

1:00 - 1:25pm | Setting the Table
Centered on three Table Talk themes (Owning Your Edge, Stronger Together, Place Into Power), this segment surfaces real-time trends, challenges, and wins shaping operators' businesses. 

1:25 - 2:25pm | Table Talks
Rotating through three round table discussions, participants will discuss the trends and observations surfaced during Setting the Table. 

2:25 - 2:30pm | Clearing the Table
This closing conversation invites participants to reflect on what resonated most and ideas they plan to carry forward into the 2026 busy season. 

2:30 - 2:55pm | Ready for Service
Building upon the day, valued ORHA partners will share practical perspectives and real-world solutions.

2:55pm - 3:00pm | Closing Time
Come together to reflect on the day's insights to carry forward into the 2026 tourist season.

3:00 - 4:00pm | Happy Hour
Join us for a happy hour hosted by the Ørchard team at their seasonally themed bar: The Coop.
