Hosted at enchanting The River Merchant, this event brings operators together with trusted industry partners and community stakeholders to discuss current industry trends, operational challenges, and practical solutions that support your business goals. 

Through guided conversation and collaborative Table Talks, operators will have the opportunity to reflect on what showing up in their day-to-day operations, learn from peers facing similar seasonal pressures, and explore resources that can help them navigate peak season with confidence. 

Participants will leave feeling prepared for the busy season ahead, equipped with new relationships, insightful perspectives, and access to support systems aligned with their unique operations. All operators from Kent, Portage county and neighboring cities are welcome!
